1. The air supported belt conveyor is equipped with air cushion instead of roller bearing, so the fluid friction replaces the rolling friction. In this way, both the traction and the running resistance can be largely reduced. Under the same transportation volume and the technological conditions, the power consumption of this product can be approximately 10 percent to 25 percent fewer than that of roller conveyor.

2. By adoption of box section type gas tank, the longitudinal support of our product can withstand large bending moment and torque. Additionally, the overload capacity of this equipment is significantly improved, because of the extremely few rollers, relatively fewer adhesive tape layers and thickness, light self weight as well as big rigidity coefficient and strength coefficient of unit weight.

Also, the air cushion makes cooling effect on the adhesive tape. Thus, the lifespan of both adhesive tape and equipment can be much longer than the roller conveyor.

Also, it will not automatically grade the granularity of the bulk materials, which is especially suitable to transport the mixed bulk materials according to a certain proportion.

6. Due to the large initial power, the conventional product can hardly start with full load. However, our product has realized it. As long as a stable air cushion layer is formed, the initial power of drive motor can be similar to the operating power. Meanwhile, it is easy for our product to directly start with full load with no need for any auxiliary measure.

7. The operating speed of air supported belt conveyor ranges from 0.8m/s to 12m/s and the optimal running speed is 3 to 4m/s. Thus, the delivery capacity of our product can be significantly raised. In addition, this product possesses large loading section, outstanding stability and significant investment reduction.

8. Furthermore, this product is equipped with sealed gas tank. It features litter pollution, no noise and the ability of cleaning up the environment, which is also easy to install the protective cover, safety devices and dust collection equipment.
