Our biomass generator adopts NM series engine, using advanced internal combustion technology, such as modified combustion system, gas fuel system, etc. This series of engine also adopts sophisticated Woodward IG920 high-energy ignition integrated circuit digital control system and Woodward EGS02 lean burn system. Our four-stroke, pre-mixed, water-cooling, pulse system supercharging MAN 20/27 V12 type gas engines using the pipeline natural gas as fuel comes with a surge power of 1060kW, a rated power of 880kW and a rated speed of 1000r/min.

1. With a continuous power of 550kW, multi sets of biomass generator can work in parallel to provide large power through one control module.

Voltage, current, frequency, rotational speed, active power, apparent power, power factor , water temperature ,oil pressure , running hrs, accumulative total power, number of starts etc.

4. This power generation unit has automatic protection alarm and fault storage function, when high water temperature, low oil pressure, double over-speed, over current, over voltage, over frequency and phase, and other failures occur.
5. It is characterized by high electric efficiency, low noise level, low gas consumption, low operation cost, and so on. Apart from our special drawing design, customized design is also acceptable.

After Sales Service and Warranty
1. The biomass generator is provided with 1500 running hours or 1 year warranty, whichever comes first, covering all manufacturing defects.

2. As for the technical support : we will send technician for installation, commissioning and train your technician in NPT headquarter if need.

3.one year maintenance spare parts will be delivered together with according gas power unit.

4. The operation and maintenance manual in English version is available.
