Pneumatic Strapping Tools

Changcheng’s pneumatic strapping tools powered by compressed air enable tensioning, welding and cutting at one time. The pneumatic strapping tools are used to seal overlapped parts of the straps in a way of friction weld. Under the drastic vibration between a vibrator and a bottom die, the overlapped parts will be melted and sealed.

The pneumatic strapping tools have different modes for various sizes of straps, including 16mm, 19mm, 25mm and 32mm with the tension force reaching between 4,500N (16mm) to 8,000N (32mm). The use of Changcheng’s pneumatic strapping tools ensures that the overlapped portion strength averages 80% of the original straps.
