Mold Making Capacity

A significant amount of heat is released when making bath product molds. Therefore, we adopt materials with high temperature resistance. Our highly precise CNC equipment controls the dimensional tolerance for the molds within 1%. Currently, we have more than 50 sets of bathtub molds and over 130 sets of wash bin basin molds. The maximum size of the bathtubs is 185x90 cm. The minimum size of the wash basin is 10x5cm.

We supply various hotels with custom bath products and will always protect your intellectual property.

Mass Production

Our factory is EPA certified and we have an annual production capacity of more than 10,000 bathtub sets and 27,000 wash basin sets.

Superior Raw Material

When our company was first established, we were a manufacturer of bath product materials and industrial chemicals. This experience has given us a thorough understanding of the properties of a variety of materials used in the production of sinks and tubs. Our highly skilled team makes use of this accumulated experience to apply raw materials in a way that results in beautiful and long-lasting products.

The content of unsaturated polyester resin in the bathtub reaches 30%. Pensen resin (solid surface) products are able to maintain their pure white color and resist yellowing for at least 10 years. We conduct related tests and experiments on raw materials as required by customers to help them make the optimal choice. Meanwhile, customers can perform random inspection on every batch of products to ensure product quality.

All our products are compliant with JC/T908-2013 and GB 6566-2010 standards. Meanwhile, our wash basins and bathtubs have attained the certifications of North American cUPC and European Union CE.
