The YZG / FZG vacuum tray dryer uses a vacuum pump to suck out most of the air and evaporate moisture. Using hot water, steam or thermal oil as a heat source, the raw material is placed on the drying tray and dried in a vacuum environment.

Features of the Vacuum Tray Dryer
1. Hot water, steam and thermal oil can be used as the heating source.
2. The vacuum dryer has less heat loss than other kinds of dryers.
3. In the vacuum environment of this tray dryer, the boiling point of the raw material decreases so it will heat more uniformly.
4. In closed vacuum conditions, there is no cross-contamination and the sealed dryer meets GMP standards.
5. With static drying, raw material keeps its integrity during drying.
