Performance and Features
1. Our manual UV coating machine is used for the ordinary coating or water-based UV coating of paper products. The IR hot air drying can enhance the brightness of the paper surface and play a role in waterproof and wear resistance.

2. If you have demanding requirement of surface brightness on the paper products, we suggest that you adopt our YG series calendering machine in addition to this manual UV coater.

3. Our manual UV coating machine is also applicable to the UV primer coating, which can help to save the expensive UV ink. We also provide water-based UV ink for paper products and factories having environmental requirements.

4. The thin paper stripping mechanism, the automatic shut down device and powder removal device are optional.

5. As a kind of water-based coating equipment, it has 2000mm or 4000mm lengthened drying tunnel depending on the speed requirements.
