Biomass Briquette Press

Biomass briquettes are generally used as a substitute for coal and charcoal, and are used in a number of different industrial areas, including bricks, cement, leather, and biomass fuel. To improve the production of briquettes and reduce environmental waste and pollution, we have developed several different biomass briquette presses, (also known as wood briquette presses) which can effectively shred crop straws, stalks, chaffs and twigs, and the press the resulting powder or chips (length must be less than 50 mm) into blocks.

When the moisture content of the waste ranges from 5-30% (15-20% for corn stalks, wheat stalks and weeds; 12-14% for peanut husks and rice chaffs) the finished briquettes are at their highest quality. These biomass briquettes can then be used in the production of other biomass materials and industrial productions. As the biomass fuel industry grows, so too does the demand for biomass briquette machines from customers all over the world.
