Aggregate Batching Machine

Our PL series aggregate batching machine can work with a mixer to form a concrete mixing plant. It is suitable for use in medium to large sized hydropower plants, construction sites, and concrete prefabrication plants. You can use this batching machine to improve productivity, reduce labor intensity, and improve concrete quality.

Capable of batching several kinds of aggregate, our aggregate batching machine uses electronic scale for cumulative measurement and KR-S/A40 controller for automatic control. It boasts high batching accuracy, high adaptability, easy operation, and reliable performance. Also, the batching ratio can be adjusted easily and freely.

1. The raw materials are unloaded pneumatically or electrically while the finished materials are discharged at one end, both ends, or even in the middle. These are customized.
2. Each of the material hoppers are in a row, and connected to the frame with hinges. It is easy to assemble, disassemble and transport this aggregate equipment.
3. The material hopper and weighing hopper come with a pneumatic outlet door, through which you can control the material feeding speed and improve batching accuracy.
4. Cantilever sensors are used for weight measuring, which ensures high accuracy, and the gap can be corrected automatically. You can choose between a total weight measuring mode and a separate measuring mode. The trough belt conveyor for material discharge is driven by rubber coated electric rollers.
5. The microcomputer based control system comes with a digital display and a limited remote function. The monitor is also optional.
