L29 RF Coaxial Connector
The L29 series RF coaxial connector represents large-size, highly stable connector models among various other series offered by XINSHENG. It is characterized by low insertion loss and high transmission power. Waterproof design suits the coaxial RF connector for many outdoor environments, such as providing connections for antenna feed lines in microwave transmission and mobile communications.
L29 coaxial connector interfaces are designed to DIN standards. This type of coax connector is specifically intended for applications that require medium and high power radio frequency transmission. Such occasions include the base station of a cellular network, control unit, and radio broadcast equipment. Both pin contacts and socket contacts are electroplated with ternary alloy to minimize intermodulation distortion. Hex bolts on the connector can be tightened by a wrench, which guarantee tight connections between mating parts thereby further reducing signal distortion. Experiments find the IMD on each contact pair of the jack-plug coax connector is above -150dBm. M2.9×1.5 threads allow the connector to be threaded into or onto a mating part in a tight manner.
XINSHENG offers various threaded connector models for coax feed lines and cables of various commonly-used sizes. Installation methods for L29 RF coaxial connector include: soldering push fitting, and soldering crimping. Upon your request, we can spray powders on the connector surface for corrosion resistance.
