DBSonics series ultrasonic activity meter is a measuring instrument used to measure ultrasonic intensity (sound pressure) which is generated by ultrasonic cleaner.
This portable pressure sensor is designed to measure the instantaneous value and average value of washing force of ultrasonic cleaning machine. When an object is submerged in the cleaning fluid, it bears pressures from surrounding liquids. The ultrasonic activity meter is designed to test and measure the pressure which reflects the cleaning capacity of the ultrasonic cleaning unit.
The sound pressure meter can be used to measure the ultrasonic power distribution in an ultrasonic cleaner. Other uses include calibrating ultrasonic cleaning systems, controlling the cleanliness of industrial parts being washed, and analyzing the intensity and cleaning efficiency of ultrasonic radiation.
