Introduction
1. Diode side-pump laser marking machine adopts diode laser array as pump source. The world latest diode laser array features high conversion effect, small size, long life and stable laser output.
2. The pump Nd: YAG generates a large quantity of reversed particles, which are modulated by Q-switch in resonator to yield 1064nm giant pulse laser.
3. The scanning head of this diode side-pump laser marker consists of high-speed galvo scanner and lens.
4. The computer guides the laser beam onto required locus, and then the machine generates high temperature to cause oxidation or gasification on the surface and leave permanent mark.
Application
