The productivity of HZS-50 concrete batching plant is 50 cubic meters per hour. Controlled by an industrial computer, the medium-sized concrete batch plant realizes modular production and assembly.

It is design on the basis of multiple latest foreign technologies and our rich production experience in the field of road construction equipment. With compact structure, the concrete batching plant consists of 4 independent modules.

1. This concrete mixing plant is based on a modular structure, which facilitates assembly and disassembly.

2. Its main machine makes use of 2 sets of JS1000 twin horizontal shaft compulsory concrete mixers to uniformly and efficiently stir concrete.

3. The concrete batching plant is designed an independent support platform to place the main machine and the weighing devices for measuring cement, water, admixture and other raw materials.

4. The cement plant adopts a loader for aggregate loading and a proportioning machine is adopted for accurate feeding. The cement is stored in a cement silo, conveyed by a screw conveyor and weighed by a cement scale. The water is supplied by a water pump, and measured by a water scale. The whole production process is automatically carried out under the control of a computer.

5. The concrete batching plant is provided with the formula storing, automatic deviation compensation and other functions. It also has a independent manual operation system, supporting manual control or automatic control over stirring process.
