Our stainless steel glass clamp, as an important glass handrail component, consists of in D type glass clip, square glass clip, and round glass clip. It is mainly made of steel of 304 type, 316 type, and 2205 type, and is suitable for glass of 6-10mm in thickness. The surface has been treated with stain finish technique or mirror polishing technique. Because of our professional experience, we can provide some customized products. For example, some clients need zinc alloy glass clamp with nickel plated surface because the price is more competitive; some clients form the Middle East want the clamp to be plated with titanium to improve the quality and glossiness.

The stainless steel glass clamp could be mounted on a flat place like the wall, or on a curved place like tubes (diameter: 38.1mm, 42.4mm, and 50.8mm). It is important for the clamps to suit the curvedness of tubes. No obvious gap is allowed, or the attractiveness and firmness will be negatively affected. In addition, the EPDM gasket for the glass installation should be in proper thickness, so the glass clamp can firmly fix the glass for a long time.

If you need pins, which can pierce through the glass, we can also provide. Other accessories like EPDM gasket and screw are also available. In addition to our existing regular products, we can make new molds and provide the products according to your special designs.
