Stainless Steel Corner Bend

The stainless steel corner bend is an important railing component that used at the turning part of a stainless steel handrail. The stainless steel corner bend has high requirements for the processing techniques. To reduce damages to the pipe surface during the post forming process, we use integrated copper mold in stead of iron mold. After the bending, it is easier to polish the pipe surface because of the adoption of good stainless still material. The polished surface looks just perfect. After the bending, the round pipe could become oval, so we have to use some kinds of clamp to reshape the pipe. Thus these handrail fittings can match each other easily before the welding, and the handrails will be very attractive.

Each stainless steel corner bend has been tested for many times. Once a flaw is discovered, the product will be marked and reworked. So there is no chance for a defective product to reach our clients.
