Steel Street Light Pole

Our company is specialized in producing steel street light pole. The products we produce have been successfully applied in various road projects. The above picture presents the light post applied in the road project of the Eastern Ring Road in Shiyan City in April, 2011. Because smoggy whether often occurs in that section of the road and the air there has high humidity, the street lamp poles set along that section of the road need to be quite corrosion-resistant and antirust. The charger of that road project had visited several light post suppliers including our company before they purchased the street light post. Our company finally got the order by virtue of our firm size, high-quality products, good reputation in the lighting industry and positive feedbacks from many other road projects in China.

Features
1. Oursteel street light pole is made of Q235 or SS400 high quality mild steel.
2. The whole product is processed with hot dip galvanizing and its surface is sprayed with plastic powder. With a hot dip galvanized coating in the thickness of 80-100µm on average, our product has excellent corrosion resistant performance. The color of the surface of the steel street light pole can be decided by the customers themselves.
3. The maximum height of our product is 20m. We have conical, octagonal, polygonal and square steel street light poles for your selection. In addition, we can also make customized products based on the customers’ requirements.

We have passed the ISO9001 and ISO9002 certificates and our products got the China Compulsory Certification.

Pole:
The street light pole is made of steel plate that folded into the required shape and welded longitudinally by automatic arc welding machine. The welding confirms to the international welding standard of CWB.

Brackets:
Single or double brackets are available. The shape and dimension of the bracket are in accordance with the customers requirements.

Base plate:
The base plate is square or round in shape with slotted holes for anchor bolt. The shape and dimension of the base plate can becustomized.

Ground mounting:
The length of the pole buried underground depends on the customers’ requirements.
