The silicone rubber insulated and sheathed control cable is manufactured in accordance with the standard of Q/321011KLA203-2009, so its performance is quite assuring.
Our product shows good thermostability, and can maintain its excellent softness as well as electrical property under high temperature, extremely low temperature and corrosive environment. Thus, it is mainly used for the purpose of connection or signal transmission for movable or fixed electric apparatus whose rated voltage is 450/750V AC or lower, and it is suitable for many fields that require temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, such as metallurgy, power plant, petrochemical industry, etc.

1. If flame retardant type is required, please add "ZR" before the model names.
2. Silicone rubber insulated NBR sheathed cable is able to work instead of silicone rubber insulated and sheathed heat resistant control cable if it has multi cores as well as big cross section. Meanwhile, its working temperature ranges from -60℃ to 105℃, and the application field is similar to the silicone rubber type.
3. The copper wire can be tinned.

Qualifications
1. This silicone rubber insulated and sheathed cable passes the AC voltage test, and the test conditions are 50Hz, 3.0kV, 5min.
2. The DC resistance of the conductor meets the requirements of GB3956 standard.
3. The insulation resistivity at 20℃ should be no less than 500MΩ•km.
Service Property
1. Rated voltage U0/U: 450/750V
2. Max. operating temperature: 180℃
3. Min. ambient temperature: -60℃ for fixed laying, and -20℃ for non-fixed laying.
4. Ambient temperature when laying: -25℃ or higher.
5. Min. bending radius: 6 times of the cable outer diameter for non-armored type.
