Uncoiler with Coil Feeding Car

Description
The uncoiler with coil feeding car is capable of unwinding steel coil, and it takes the least amount of labor and time for steel coil replacement. To make uncoiling speed consistent with roll forming speed, this hydraulic decoiler adopts feedback control system. It is serviceable for steel coil that weighs 6T by means of automatic lifting and tensioning devices.

The maximum width and inner diameter of applicable steel coil are respectively are 1300mm and 500-600mm. Besides, this uncoiling machine is divided into top and bottom types.

Operation Process
1. Travelling crane is adopted for loading steel coil onto coil feeding car of steel uncoiler.
2. By means of moving and lifting, steel coil is put onto cantilever-type supporting axle by the coil feeding car.
3. The uncoiler with coil feeding car drives supporting arm axle to tension steel coil.
4. Oscillating arm is tensioned and compressed under the action of air cylinder.
