Thread Rolling Machine

Description
The thread rolling machine is a kind of multifunctional cold extrusion forming machine tool that can perform a series of treatments to workpieces in cold state. Product Models
1. ATR16
The ATR16 non-hydraulic thread rolling machine is a dedicated device for processing the harness cord (whorled rod) with the specification of 4 to16mm diameter. Especially for processing fixed whorls, the working efficiency will be multiplied. In the meantime, the defect of hole shrinkage is avoided and the workpiece quality is well ensured. This product is widely applied to machinery installation, keel decoration, air-conditioning facilities, communication device mounting and other fields.

2. TR80
This equipment is applicable for rolling forming the workpiece with 4 to16mm diameter and with straight grain, spiral grain or cross grain in cold state. After configured with cylindrical die rolls, it can process fixed whorls and harness cords. Welded with steel plates, this product features rational structure, easy operation and reliable quality. It is the ideal choice for producing non-standard whorls and standard bolts.

3. TR150

4. TR160
With rational and sturdy structure, the TR160 mainly features large power, small noise, low failure rate, convenient adjustment, high accuracy and wide application range. It can process common, trapezoidal and modular whorls, and it is also capable of forming, barreling, knurling and rolling processing.

It adopts worm gear, worm drive and automatic lubrication system. The available manual, foot switch, semi-automatic and automatic control modes allow for more convenient operation. In addition, it has high production efficiency and low labor intensity. Working with cylindrical die rolls, it can process common and abnormal bolts of various specifications.

5. TR200
The TR200 thread rolling machine is primarily used for processing various precise external whorls and high-strength standard workpieces, including common, trapezoidal and modular whorls. The applicable materials contain the carbon steel, alloy steel and the non-ferrous metal whose ductility is more than 10% and tensile strength is less than 100kgf/mm2.

6. TR630
The TR630 thread rolling machine is used to process various kinds of precise external whorls as common, trapezoidal and modular whorls. It is also able to process round workpieces with forming, aligning, barreling, knurling and rolling treatments. The workable materials should be the carbon steel, alloy steel and the non-ferrous metal with over 10% ductility and the tensile strength of less than 100N/mm2.
