The glass straight line double edging line consists of a RBL2042BL glass straight line double edging machine, a RBL4225 elevation rotary table, and a RBL2025BL glass straight line double edging machine. In addition, these two glass double edging machines are both equipped with 20 grinding heads as well as low-E glass film removing function, but the maximum process widths are 4200mm and 2500mm, respectively.

Main Components and Features
The RBL2042BL RBL4225 RBL2025BL glass straight line double edging line is an economical product, and it can deliver desired performance to customers in a safe, efficient and accurate way. It fits for flat glass and common laminated glass, and it is especially suitable for batch production.

1. The opening and closing operations are achieved with the help of ball screw and straight line guide rail. Moreover, the opening and closing are automatically controlled with excellent repositioning precision.
2. Thanks to the human-machine interface and the high-end PLC control system, our product realizes high automation degree, and the operation is quite simple.
3. The cleat bracket is designed to complete automatic vertical movements with a large range of 120mm, and the operator will find it very easy to replace the grinding wheel.
4. The main transmission drive uses mechanical frequency conversion technology to adjust the speed, and it is upper placed which is our pioneered design. As a result, the replacement and maintenance for the belt can be carried out easily.
5. Our double edging line uses annular synchronous belt and pneumatic positioning device to carry the glass, realizing steady delivery and precise positioning.
6. For chamfering process, the ball screw and linear guide are adopted for the purpose of automatic upward and downward motions with precise positioning and simple operation.
7. The grinding wheel adopts double V type guide rail, providing stable and precise performance with small vibration. The polishing process adopts semi-automatic compensation.

a. Parallelism error of flat glass: ≤3mm
b: Thickness error of flat glass: ≤0.1mm

2. Equipment Acceptance Standard
a. Parallelism error of two opposite edges: ≤0.2mm/m
b. Diagonal error of glass: ≤0.5 mm/m
c. Chamfer width error: ≤0.2mm/m
d. Other requirements: The machine should work in a smooth and stable way. The grinding angle and polishing effect should be uniform without any scratch, white dot, line finish, broken edge, etc.
