Our linear grinder contains four models including RMD258B, RMD2510B, RMD2513B as well as RMD2515B, and these products are used to grind linear cutters with different angles, such as planing cutter, rotary cutter, plate shearing knife, ink scraper, paper cutter, crushing knife, etc. So, this machine is widely seen in furniture factories, wood processing plants, printing factories, textile mills and more.

Main Components and Features
1. The linear grinder mainly consists of 7 parts which are machine body, work table, sliding plate, grinding head, grinding cutter, electrical system and cooling system. These parts are scientifically arranged with a stylish appearance.
2. This machine is equipped with an imported linear guide rail, and the worktable is able to rotate for 0-90 degrees. On the other hand, the clamping knife takes advantage of an electromagnetic chuck to realize safe and reliable clamping performance.
3. The grinding head is driven by a specialized motor, and the working process adopts variable frequency speed regulation mechanism. In addition, the feeding speed could be adjusted between 0 and 60Hz to best fit the specific working condition. In this way, perfect grinding result is obtained.
