Deutz Powered Diesel Generator Set

This diesel generator set is mainly made up of the Deutz 226B diesel engine and a famous brand alternator. The 226B is produced by a joint venture between Weichai Power Co., Ltd. and Germany Deutz. The alternator or generator is supplied by Kaijieli, a Sino-France joint venture. Stamford and other famous brand generators are available as well.

This Deutz powered diesel genset performs with excellent dynamic and economic property. Most of its components are universal and easy for replacing. Moreover, our product works smoothly with 50% and more load for the first use. With the low impedance design, the diesel powered generator set has the ability of coping with great change of load via excellent response unless the load rises or declines in a straight line.

1. Using exquisite technology and reasonable design, the engine for the diesel generator set highlights its reliable and outstanding performance. It has an extremely long service life.

3. Equipped with new type turbocharger, the engine for the diesel generating set gets smooth air intake and air backflow, adaptable for using at plateau and high altitude areas.

7. Apart from the unit pump supplying the maximum injection pressure, the Deutz powered diesel generator set is also constructed with upper air inlet, short oil pipe with high pressure and other components.
8. Working with the noise lower than 96dB, the genset engine is the only one meeting the noise standard without any auxiliary means.
9. The Deutz diesel engine for our diesel generator set employs the integrated design. It is small in volume and lighter than other similar products by 100 to 150kg.

1.The Deutz diesel engine powered generator set uses a large, high temperature resistant radiator that can work at 40°C. The protective screening for the radiator ensures high safety.
2. While adopting a 12V or 24V DC starting motor, the diesel genset is also available with storage batteries.
3. It adopts brushless self-excited generator with IP22 or IP23 protection rating and H class insulation.
4. A absorber is adopted for vibration reduction.
5. Standard manual starting control system and optional automatic ATS control system are both available.
6. Due to the fuel tank with chassis, our diesel generator set is able to keep continuous working for 8 hours.
7. The muffler performs effectively on noise reduction.
