Pressurized Solar Water Tank

1) The pressurized solar water tank adopts blue diamond internal bladder with no welding line, which ensures especially long service life.
2) The rated pressure of the all closed separated tank is 0.6Mpa.

Points for Attention
For your safety, please make sure pay attention to the following items:
1. It is forbidden to put through the power if the water is not full in the tank, otherwise the pressurized solar water tank will be damaged.
2. The AC 220V~/50Hz or the AC 110V~/60Hz is available for selection.
3. The ammeter, electric wire, and socket connected must meet the demand of specified electric current of the separated tank.
4. The plug and socket of the separated tank must be connected firmly.
5. If the water heater is not used for a long time in cold areas or in winter, the bladder should be kept empty, so as to prevent water freeze and tank damage.
6. During heating, please don't close the cold-water stop valve. This helps to lengthen the lifespan of the tank.
7. The operating pole of the temperature and pressure relief valve should be operated by hand frequently, in order to avoid danger caused by the blocking of relief valve and the valve seat.
8. In use, if the set temperature is higher than 60℃, you must mix the hot water with the cold water, so as not to scald the elders and children.

Usage
1) Water supply:
First, open the close valve of the tank outlet and hot faucet, and at the same time keep the water pipeline open. The normal work of the hot faucet indicates that water is full and then you could close the faucet.

2) Settlement of hot water temperature:
The temperature controller of the pressurized solar water tank allows a temperature regulation range of 30~75℃. Before dispatched from the factory, the temperature is set at 65℃.
Warning: Please pay attention to the scalding danger of the hot water, especially for the children and elders.

3) Inserting the plug:
The plug must have good earth and three feet, and the socket and power must be dry. The electric current that the outlet and wire allow passing is larger than the nominal current of the water heater.

4) Using of hot water:
After the water is heated to the set temperature, the power indicator light will be put out, and then the water heater will be in the state of keeping warm automatically. At this moment, you can use the hot water, and achieve the appropriate temperature by mixing with the cold water. While using the hot water, the cold water in the water heater will supplement automatically, and simultaneously the temperature controller will set up an electric circuit for automatic heating. If you don't use the water in a short time, please don't close the power of the pressurized solar water tank because its good performance of keeping warm doesn't waste too much electricity.

5) Close the water heater:
Close the power first, and then close the hot water ball valve of the water heater.
Warning: The debugger on the safety plug should not be regarded as the switch, and the safety plug must be pulled out.

Maintenance
1) Remove the dirt:
In order to ensure the normal and efficient work of the pressurized solar water tank, you should carry out regular maintenance, and remove the dirt from the water. If you use the one-way safety drainage valve，please cut off the power supply, close the water inlet valve, open the outlet valve, and operate the drainage handle to drain the dirt. Afterwards, you can put the current through only when the tank is full of water.

2) Change the magnesium bar:
It is suggested that the magnesium bar in the pressurized solar water tank should be checked once after installation and two years use of the water heater for. If the magnesium bar is run out, it must be changed.

Trouble Shooting
1) No water comes out:
A. Whether the water supply is cut off or not, or the water pressure is too low.
B. Whether close valve of the water supply tube is open.
C. Whether each interface is blocked or not.

2) The water temperature is too low:
A. Check the set temperature to see whether it is too low, or maybe the specification of the water heater you choose can't meet your need. Therefore, you must choose the specification according to the actual consumption.
B. Check the regulating proportion of the mixture, or if the water valve is normal.

3) Temperature/ Pressure relief valve is leaked:
A. Working normally: It is normal that a small amount of water is discharged when heated.
B. Leaking continually: Lift the operating pole of the temperature / pressure relief upwards gently for several seconds. This can dispel some small impurities and fix the breakdown. After this, slack off the operating pole.
C. Pouring water continually for long time: It states the pressure of the running water is higher than the regulated pressure of the water heater. Please ask the installation worker to fix a limited pressure valve.

Warning: It is forbidden to replace the original safety valve with one of higher set pressure.
