AAC Curing Autoclave
AAC curing autoclave is one kind of pressure vessels. It is the key instrument for steam curing treatment of AAC block, and working medium is saturated steam.
Components
This AAC curing autoclave is composed of body, door, support, sealing component, safety interlock, hand-operated reducer, pipeline valve instrument and others. The main body is a horizontal cylinder made of steel, and the door is manufactured by pressing a complete piece of 16MnR steel plate. The flanges for body and door are forged by 16Mn steel plate, while heat treatment and nondestructive testing are both carried out for weld joints of compressive parts according to relevant standards.
