Raymond Mill

Raymond mill is mainly composed of main machine, analyzer, fan, air hose, cyclone separator for end product as well as cyclone separator for micro powder, and the main machine consists of frame, shovel, air inlet volute, grinding roller, grinding ring, housing, etc.

Working Principle
During working, the raw materials are continuously fed into our Raymond mill through the hopper which is set at the side of the frame. The grinding roller rotates on the vertical axis and its own axis simultaneously, and the centrifugal force caused by rotation makes the grinding roller swing outwards to press the grinding ring tightly. As a result, the shovel scoops up these materials, then delivers them to the space between grinding roller and grinding ring, and grinding process is achieved.

After the materials are ground, a fan will blow air into the machine to carry the powders to the analyzer that is placed on the top of grinding chamber. Those coarse particles drop down to receive regrinding process, while the particles whose granularity meets the specification are driven by the wind to move into cyclone collector, then, they are collected and discharged. In this way, end product is supplied. Meanwhile, the wind will flow back to the fan through return duct that is on the top of the big cyclone collector. The circulative air system runs under negative pressure, and excessive air is exhausted from a corresponding pipeline between fan and main machine to undergo purification treatment in the small cyclone collector.
