Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Pouring Machine

The autoclaved aerated concrete pouring machine is applied to stir slurry, cement, gypsum, quick lime, aluminum paste and other materials to make them fully blended and reacted, and then the mixture is poured into moulds in time. Please be noted that these ingredients should be in a certain proportion, while the stirring intensity and time play important roles in determining the property of AAC block.

Structural Features
This equipment adopts spiral agitation method to create strong vortices inside the tank, resulting in the removal of coated substances on quick lime. So, adequate and uniform blending is achieved. Meanwhile, the pouring arm is able to move upwards and downwards, and it can adjust the height during pouring process to prevent splashing.

Depending on the technological requirements, our AAC pouring machine contains two types including stationary type and movable type, and the stationary type is further divided into floor type and suspension type to meet different needs.
