GQ42D/GQ55D Rebar Cutter
The GQ42D/GQ55D rebar cutter is the state of the art model that includes a steel gear which allows a maximum 55mm diameter steel bar to be cut at a time. The cutter is a useful tool to cope with flat steel and square steel.
Features
1. This series of cutting machine is compliant with related European standards and available at a competitive price.
2. The motor enclosure is made of ductile cast iron. Inside the enclosure there are gear sets, gear shafts, and connection rods that are all made of quality structural steel or alloy steel.
3. Crucial parts have been subjected to hardness treatment.
4. Using large gear as a better alternative to small gear improves running speed and prolongs machine service life.
5. Simplified system also delivers 50% higher cutting speed than is practical with common cutters.
6. Threaded type adjustable stop gauge ensures the cutting accuracy and operating stability.
7. The connecting rod is separated from the gear. This allows the machine to be compatible with heavy-duty jobs.
8. Our rebar cutter utilizes the impact-resistant blade to provide high cutting efficiency while being capable of coping with all standards of steel bars.
