Copper Screened Wires (AVP RVP RVVP)

90°C. The minimum bending radius of wire is 6 times the diameter of cable. Our product is not allowed to be exposed under sunshine for a long time. Its bottom line core must be well connected to the ground.

Basic Technical Performance

1. Firstly, the finished cable should bear the power-frequency alternating-current experimental power core with the voltage of 11.0kV for 5min.

2. Secondly, the transition resistance or shielding layer or monitoring layer should be no more than 3kΩ.

3. Thirdly, our copper screened wires should withstand the combustion test according to the GB12666.2 DZ-1 standard.

4. Through the partial discharge test, the discharge capacity at 1.5U0 is at most 20PC.

5. The dielectric loss tangent should be no more than 0.035 at U0.

6. After ten times each for positive and negative poles at 95°C and 60kV during the impulse voltage test, the power frequency of 11kV voltage should be applied to the cable for 15min.

7. This copper screened wire is supposed to bear the 3U0 and 4h power frequency voltage test.
