Our HC16 double reduction drive axle employs the advanced design means as well as sophisticated manufacturing technology, which can substantially improve the carrying capacity and adaptability.
The axle housing makes use of the progressive three-step integral cast structure, featuring large-section design and high strength. It is combined with leaf spring seat, brake backing plate, flange, rear cover, and some others. Thus, the stress distribution is more reasonable.
Both differential assembly and hub reduction gear adopt strengthened design. The whole axle can provide higher stiffness and strength, stronger carrying capacity, as well as higher reliability.
Options
This double reduction drive axle can provide optional velocity ratios, including 3.93, 4.42, 4.80, 5.73, 6.72, and 9.49. It can be selectively installed with ABS, the gap automatic adjusting arm, and some others.
