The asphalt tank is equipped with diesel burner to achieve high combustion efficiency, high heat rate, as well as safe and stable operation.
The asphalt pump and heat conduction oil pump adopt JOHNSON brand for good performance of self-priming, wide range of speed, good sealing performance and stable flow rate.

The high precision spray nozzle equipped can guarantee uniform spray.
Multiple sets of air cylinders are adopted to control the spray width. Each air cylinder can be controlled independently and adjusted freely. The controller is installed on the automatic asphalt distributor truck to achieve automatic control spraying. The equipped radar and encoder can precisely measure the travel speed and pump speed. As a result, the spray volume can be precisely controlled during road construction.
