The 8m DD6896K11 express coach employs the bionics principle to design the front end of the product. The streamline modeling of the front end not only looks nice, but also greatly reduces the air resistance. The high strength square steel is employed for the fabrication of the vehicle. Meanwhile, the measures of inside and outside galvanization as well as wax spraying for the mold cavity are taken for anticorrosion.
Through finite element analysis to conduct the lightweight design, the product is much lighter than the similar product by 300 to 500kg. The combined action of three-dimensional computer aided design, small section steel and reasonable layout gets perfect balance among vehicle strength, rigidity and weight.

The comfortable luxury aircraft type adjustable seat is fabricated from high quality material via exquisite workmanship. The interior design mainly takes usage of light color and bright tone. The integrated cold air duct, inner luggage rack and the interior part all utilize the environmental pollution-free material to solve the problem that the nasty smell in the new vehicle would last for half a year. The large section air duct and high efficiency heating system can maintain the temperature in the vehicle at an appropriate level to enable the passengers to have joyful mood no matter in winter or in summer.
