Concrete Vibrator (Eccentric Head)

Application

The eccentric head concrete vibrator is one of the common types of concrete vibration equipment. Equipped with electric motor, concrete vibrator can be easily operated.

Because of its shorter vibrating poker head in comparison with the pendulum vibrator, this eccentric concrete vibrator is more suitable for compaction of concrete to a depth less than 300mm. Moreover, the noise generated by this vibrator is relatively low, so that it is suitable for working occasions where have strict requirements of noise level.

Design principle

The two ends of eccentric shaft of this concrete vibrator are supported by bearings. The high-speed series motor delivers torque to realize high-frequency vibration.
