Designed to replace traditionalfluorescent tubes, the LED tube light can work for general lighting in a varietyof places, such as restaurants, shopping malls, supermarkets, retail shops, carparking areas, hotels, workshops, meeting rooms, warehouses,libraries, schools, hospitals, metro stations, etc. It can also work as task,display and signage lighting for homes, offices, museums, galleries, shopwindows and hotels.
 

This LED tube light has instant start function with no noise and it is over 80%more efficient than the traditional fluorescent tubes. It needs no ballast,which saves even more energy. The product is flicker-free, which can eliminateeye strain and headaches associated with fluorescent lighting. With ashatter-proof design, our product will not get damaged even after beingdropped. There in no mercury inside the tube, thus ensuring no harm to humansand the environment. In addition, our product has an extremely low maintenancecost.

Features

1. This LED tube light adopts 3528 SMD LEDs as the light source. Luminous flux of a single LED can reach 4~6 lm. Light decay is about 7% after using for 2,000 hours,which is much lower than that of the DIP LED. The T8 SMD LEDs can be mounted on aluminium PCB panel by machine, reducing labor costand ensuring good soldering.

2. The aluminum PCB beneath the LEDs greatly improves heatdissipation and yields much better EMC data. The latter is a major parameter inCE certification.

3. The housing of our product is made of aluminum, whichimproves heat dissipation and gives better EMC data. It provides slots tofirmly fix PCB and the tube cover.

4. We provide transparent cover for bright light and frostor dimmed cover for even and soft light.

5. The adopted LED driver has high efficiency which is above85%.

6. Before mounting into the housing, the LED driver will beput into an insulation protector for safety’s sake.

Precautions

1. If your old fixture contains an electrical ballast, pleaseremove or ignore it firstly.

2.This LED tube light isdesigned for indoor use only and it is not recommended to use it in wet environment. For outdoor use, a waterproof bracket isneeded.

3. Please make sure the product works under the appropriate voltage andfrequency (50/60Hz).

4. The range of the environment temperature is from -40℃ to 55℃, but the recommended ambienttemperature is between 0℃and 45℃.

5. Adequate air ventilation around the product should be guaranteed to ensurebest heat dissipation and lifetime expectancy.

6. Please avoid any strong hit or shock to the LED tubes.

7. Please make sure that this product works less than 12 hours a day. If it has to work for 24 hours per day and 7 days per week,the warranty time will be halved, or you can contact Rayconn for suggestion.
