Our company is China’s firstprofessional researcher and producer of PCCP wire. It also acts as the drafterof two standards for Chinese PCCP water supply pipes and PCCP water supplypiping wires. It plays an indispensible role in the production ofChinese PCCP cable. In the South-North Water Diversion Project, all the PCCPwires totaling 70,000 tons used in building the 4m-in-diameter120km-long Beijingwater pipes were supplied by our company. Our product is also applied to long-spanwater-delivery pipes and many other urban water supply projects that call forlarge-diameter wire products.

The PCCP wire features long economic life, good seismic performance, wide application range. The productis used in PCCP, being the core of the PCCP concrete.

The making of PCCP bright steel wire is eitherGB/T5223 or ASTMA648 standard complied. The former is available in diameters of4.0mm, 5.0mm, 6.0mm, and 7.0mm.The tensile strength of 1470MPa, 1570MPa, 1670MPa, and 1770MPa can be achieved.
