UTP CAT 5E LAN Cable

Our cable can be used in the wiring communication system of work area and residential buildings, between the communication terminal and the patch panel of switch. The impedance of our product is 100 Ohm± 15% when the frequency is 1 to 100MHz. The max delay deviation is 40ns for 100m. The max tensile strength is 400N and the nominal velocity of propagation (NVP) is 72%. The working temperature for our product ranges from -30 ℃ to75 ℃. Our product is made in accordance with YD/T1019-2001 standard.

Technical Specification

Our UTP CAT 5E LAN cable is mainly used in 100Mbps networks. Its diameter varies in 0.51mm,0.48mm, 0.45mm and other types. The center conductor can be selected from copper, copper clad aluminum, copper clad steel, etc. You can choose the right model based on your need. The sheath of our product is made of PVC, flame retardant PVC, environmentally friendly PVC or PE, while the colors can be customized as you wish. Every two wires are warped with each other as a pair inside the sheath to effectively reduce the interference from outside.

Our cable is twisted-pair without shield. Its maximum transfer speed is 250Mbps. Twisted pair adopts a twisted pair of mutually insulated metal wire to resist part of external electromagnetic interference. It is widely used today in LAN for its long transmission distance, easy wiring, low prices, etc.

Our cable has four twisted pairs inside the sheath. They could transmit different signal such as network signal, voice signal, telephone signal and control signal at the same time. The utilization rate is increased while the trouble of installing various signal wires can be reduced to further reduce the project cost.
