Application
The carbon steel seamless tube has a wide application range in mechanicalprocessing, oil and gas transportation, automobile, boiler and constructionindustries. It can convey various kinds of fluid and gas such as water,petroleum, natural gas, coal gas, etc. What’s more, the product can also beused to manufacture high pressure boiler part and mechanical part involving invalve, bicycle frame, gun barrel and so on. Meanwhile, our product can also beemployed to make ring shaped accessories such as sleeve.

We have theproduction machines for piercing of four sets, cold drawing of sixteen sets,straightening of five sets, hydraulic upsetting of two sets, sand blasting oftwo sets, threading of four sets as well as two sets of heat treatment furnace.The testing equipment of our company comprises hydrostatic pressure testmachine, eddy current tester, ultrasonic testing machine, magnetic particleflaw detector, direct reading spectrometer, impact test machine and so on.
