Cafe Furniture (Granite Table)

Our café furniture is comprised of one WF-2105 granite round table and four WF-1205 teak chairs. The whole set of café furniture is a perfect combination of level A teak, stainless steel and the natural granite, which looks both high-end and natural. It is mostly used for private gardens, bars, coffee shops, restaurants, balconies, and swimming pools.

The base and center pillar, the dimension of which is dia63x1.2mm, of the granite table is made of T304 stainless steel tubes that meet international standard. The steel is hermetically processed by special techniques to withstand humidity, acid, base, and rust. The granite tabletop is made of 18mm natural granite after special processing. Its surface is hermetically processed to withstand both high and low temperature, and radiation. Moreover, the granite tabletop prevents any liquid from permeation such as coffee, wine, fruit juice, and cooking oil.

The teak chair framework of the café furniture is made of a 20x20x1.2mm stainless tube, which prevents rust, humidity, acid and base. The wooden part of the teak chair is made of 100% Burmese teak, which is eco-friendly and non-radiative, and hard and straight in texture. It can withstand both high and low temperature, and attrition. Teak also has good bending resistance and the lowest warping coefficient for it doesn’t warp under rapid change of humidity. Besides, teak is widely regarded as the best wooden material for outdoor furniture for it has resistance against decay, termites, and different marine borers. After special processing, the teak chair is golden, rich in oil and smooth to touch. In addition, according to customers’ needs, teak oil can be applied on the teak surface to increase its oxidation resistance.

Materials and Effects

For the granite table, there are many colors available, and each color has two processing effects, i.e. shining and washed. Pure black washed, graphie black shining, and gate grey washed are the most favored ones. Obviously, granite table of different colors and effects are charged with different prices.

 Packaging

The whole set of the granite table is divided into three pieces, including one stainless base, one stainless center pillar and one granite tabletop, and then separately packaged.

1. The packaging of the stainless base and the granite tabletop consists of an inner and an outer box. The inner box is a custom-made foam box for quake resistance, while the outer box is made of a 5-layer-thick cardboard box.

2. The stainless center pillar is first wrapped in non-woven fabrics, and then packaged in a 5-layer-thick cardboard box.

3. The stainless steel part of the teak chair is wrapped in non-woven fabrics, and the teak parts are first separated by kraft paper can then piled up with the method of 4pcs per box.
