Double row angular contact ball bearing can withstand the combined load of mainly radial and axial load and torque load. It is mainly used in the shaft and shell component which restricts the bidirectional axial displacement. Our product has limited tilt between the inner ring and outer ring. The range of tilt angle depends on the bearing internal clearance, the bearing size, internal design and the forces and moments acting on the bearing. The maximum allowable tilt angle should ensure that the bearing does not produce high additional stress. However, the tilt angle will affect the bearing lifespan, decline the bearing running accuracy and magnify running noise.

Double row angular contact ball bearing usually adopts nylon or solid brass cage. Although it can bear bidirectional axial load, we should pay attention not to let the main axial load pass through the notched side if one side has filling gap during the installation. We should let the main axial load pass through the raceway without filling gap.

Compared with single row angular contact ball bearing, double row angular contact ball bearing has better rigidity and can withstand overturning moment. The bearing is non-separation and specially used in applications with high rigidity.
