MR16 LED lamp cup is a newkind of lighting fixture composed of LED light source, constant current drive,optical lens, and radiator housing made of metal or other materials with highthermal conductivity. Compared with traditional halogen lamp cup, our producthas many attractive features like energy saving, low temperature, long lifespan, and abundant colors. Especially in the aspectof secondary light lens, our product mainly uses flashlight spotlightingprinciple and parabolic curve surface design, and thus lower light loss moreeffectively. We use computer to build space structure to imitate beam angle ofreflector cup’s light source and LED reflector shade, to track light refractionpath, and to adjust curvature technology parameters of reflector shade. In thisway, we can achieve the best light distribution, meet the functionalrequirements lamp cup has for all sorts of beam angles, greatly improveluminous efficiency of the LED reflector cup, and reduce possibilities ofastigmatism and glare. Plated with orange peel or shiny side, the reflectivesurface can make light spots more uniform and soft, without black hole oryellow circle.
