E/F Aluminum Enclosure

The total depth of the aluminumenclosure doesn’t have standardized stipulation yet, the concrete size dependson the depth of circuit board, the dimension of oneslot comprises of several horizontal HP units or defined in concrete applications. A board plug-in unit is composed of a circuit board withfront board and connection unit. The dimension of the inner frontsubrack and the behind connection unit are image symmetrical. A subrackcommonly is a box integrated in lots of electric units and multiple circuitboards.

Featuresof the Aluminum Enclosure

1.     Thedimension and definition of 19 inch system, the width of outside fixing lugs(including the fixing holder) is 482.6mm (19 inch).

2.     Themaximum width of outside fixing lugs of the aluminum enclosure is 449 mm. Thewidth of subrack unit is HP, 1HP equals to 5.08 mm (The dimension in the tableof standard size below only for reference).

3.     Theheight of the enclosures is U, 1U equals to 44.45 mm (13/4’’).

 Structuralcomponents of the Aluminum Enclosure

      1.     The frame structure comes in aluminum sections. The case is comprised offlange, beam, side beam, side plate, mesh board, bottom cover, real flange andmid beam.

    2.      The rear panel can be dismantled.

    3.      The 19 inch or ATX power can be set in.

    4.      Sliding rails can be mounted as draw-outsubrack.

    5.      Subrack tray can be fixed when the carryingweight of base cover is required.

    6.      Anti-shock, anti-strike, excellent shieldingperformance, commonly used in all kinds of standard electrical equipment anddepends on user’s needs.

6.     Thespacing between fixing hole of front board is 5.08 mm. The inner width is 84 x5.08 mm.
