D Series Elastomer Casting Machine

This elastomer casting machine is used for the production of polyurethane elastomers and epoxy resins. The fabricated polyurethane elastomers are suitable for rollers, wheel & casters, cast and molded parts, conveyor belts, pump impellers, and more.

Gear metering pump with servo control system ensures the machine is 100% numerically controlled with an error rate of less than 0.3%. The hose line features an automatic thermo-regulating function for temperature monitoring, thus enhancing the reliability. The mixing head features a light weight, making it easy to operate and maintain. Control system: touch screen display with English operation interface The casting machine has additional functions, including automatic feeding and vacuum degassing. Designed with casters, the casting machine has a compact structure for mobile operation. Pigments, catalysts or other additives can be directly injected into the mixhead to save time and money.
