Fluid Bed Dryer, DPL Series

This fluid bed dryer is capable of accomplishing processes of drying, granulation and spray coating for powders, granules and pellets.

Features Modular design, outfitted with top-spray, bottom-spray and side-spray systems to execute drying, granulation and coating processes;
Compact structure, fast disassembly for easy cleaning without dead corner, meeting the requirements of cGMP production standards;
Accurate temperature control with low fluctuation;
Two filtering chambers allow the bag shaking to be alternated between these two, thus guaranteeing the continuous fluidization process;
Automatic PLC control system with a graphical user interface assists technician to easily operate and all the operations will be implemented in accordance with set parameters, the process data can be logged and printed for analysis;
