Following Capping Machine

The following capping machine consists of the cap unscrambler, cap guiding unit, cap clamping unit, capping system, motion module, conveyor, and control system. The full structure is also streamlined to allow for easy adjustment, making it suitable for automatic capping of 1-5L bottles. Capping is completed during conveyance, and unlike other machines, capping is continuous with no pause, thereby avoiding liquid splashing and preventing bottle pollution.

Features The following capping machine uses 304 stainless steel as its material. PLC controlled with touchscreen operation. The high filling speed allows for a highly productive product filling. The capping process is exceptionally stable and is completed simultaneously with bottle conveyance. There is no need to stop the bottles, thus preventing liquid splash and bottle pollution.
