The heater and cooling device are combined, allowing the unit to maintain a constant water temperature within a range of 5℃~90℃. An SSR is used as the heating module, featuring a high durability and extended service life. The microcomputer-based control system will automatically control and monitor the machine operation in real-time, offering a better stability, higher precision and lower failure rate. Alarms and protections for refrigerant over high or low pressure, overload, abnormal refrigeration, abnormal temperature of coolant fluid, temperature probe disconnection, phase reversal or loss, and more. Durable high-pressure and large-flow stainless steel magnetic pumps ensure a consistent temperature and enhance the molding stability.
