The DZK centrifugal pumps are positive displacement pumps that offer a multifunctional performance for handling gaseous liquids. Because they are self-priming, they can be mounted high and dry at floor level with only a suction line in the liquid, thereby reducing the number of operators required. The pumps work under the same principles as vacuum pumps and are available in metallic and non-metallic materials. There are two structures of the flow passage to the non-metallic pump: one is steel and fluoroplastic lining, the other is plastic injection molding. In the metallic type, the flow passage is made from SUS304 and SUS316L. Both types use a self-adjusting and mechanical seal structure that does not need external cooling water.
