As a positive displacement pump, the sinusoidal pump is able to comply with sanitary and industrial requirements. The special design of a sine wave-shaped rotor overcomes the limitation of conventional rotary lobe pumps and creates a strong suction capacity, low shear and low pulsation. The pumps are divided into two chambers, the suction side and discharge side, to guarantee the differential pressure. The scraper offers forced lubrication to the bearing through the product in order to decrease any risk of damage to the pump.
