JML Vertical Type Colloid Mill

Compared with conventional colloid mills, the JML vertical type colloid mill provides stronger motor power with better sealing performance with long running under the nominal voltage of AC 220V. Due to its compact structure, the vertical type colloid mill can save space, making it suitable for small-scale enterprise and laboratories.

1) Recirculating pipe type: materials can be ground over and over again, used for slightly viscous materials, such as soya and mung beans.
2) Square-mouth outlet type: materials can be ground quickly, used for highly viscous products, such as peanut butter and chili paste.

With the exception of the motor, all parts that have contact with materials are made of sanitary stainless steel to resist contamination.

The maximum rotational speed of colloid mill can reach 2900 (r/min), capable of crushing materials instantaneously.

Colloid mills can adjust the degrees of fineness in order to serve different materials efficiently.
