1. Energy Saving
Our small machine room elevators are characterized by Low Energy Consumption and controlled by an advanced lift control system.
Our SMR elevators are designed to save space. The SMR elevator has a maximum speed of 3.0m/s. To guarantee reliable quality and energy saving capability, SMR passenger lifts adopt a series of advanced technologies and components, such as an advanced controlling system, 32bit computer controlled driving system and permanent magnet synchronous motor.

2. Space Saving
A machine room of this elevator is only half the size of a traditional one, which not only helps save spaces for buildings, but also saves constructional cost.

3. Cost Saving
Compared with the traditional traction elevators, an SMR elevator applies PM gearless traction. A gearless motor usually has the characteristics of high efficiency, low noise, energy saving and non-frequent maintenance, etc., thus enabling elevator owners to save a lot of costs.

Performances:
1. Driving System
SMR elevator applies permanent magnet synchronous gearless traction and an inverter control system. Compared to the previous worm helical driven elevator, its transmission efficiency increases from 50% to 95% and up to 40% of energy is saved while carrying the same load.

2. Group Control System
There is a simultaneous control system which is able to control four lifts in a 45-floor building independently.

METIS (MCB2010-A3) Main Control Board
The main control system of our SMR elevator is a high–class 32-bit computer processor and three 8-bit microprocessors (sub-controllers). They facilitate the smooth and stable operation of the SMR passenger elevators. All these guarantee the safety and comfort of passengers.

The serial communication technology is reliable has anti-interference capability. Its use causes a reduction in the number of transmission lines hence eliminating the risk of wrong wiring (minimum failure rate).

The LED operation panel on the main board, the comprehensive monitor and the record all function together to reduce difficulties and mistakes during operation and inspection. Finally the remote supervisory and control system further improves the reliability and safety of the entire system.
