The pointing machine isdesigned to process extrusions thus allowing them to pass through the dieeasily. Our pointing machine can be used for flattening various extrusions andpointing of rod materials.

Construction and Working Principle
The pointing machine is primarily composed of electrical motor Y225M-6-30KW, speed reducer JZQ650, belt roller, machine frame, eccentricroller, universal coupling, gearbox, cutting knife, and electrical controlcabinet, etc.
The electrical motor serves to drive the speed traducer whose low speed shaftdrives the gearbox. Thus, the upper and lower roller turns eccentrically toachieve rolling of extrusions. The pointing machine is equipped with a cuttingknife which makes cutting of the extrusion’s end easy.
