Description
Compound glucoamylase is made up of pullulanaseand glucoamylase removed from glucosidase.Glucoamylase is obtained by controlled fermentationof Aspergillus Niger.Pullulanase is obtained by deep fermentation of Bacillus Licheniformis.This kind of compound glucoamylase is widely used in alcohol, beer, monosodiumglutamate, starch sugar, antibiotics, and other industries.

Working Mechanism
Glucoamylase hydrolyzes terminal 1,4-linkedalpha-D-glucose residues successively from non-reducing ends of amylose chainsto release free glucose. This fermentation also possesses the ability tohydrolyze alpha-1,6-glucosidic linkages in isomaltoseand dextrins. Pullulanase, a thermally stable debranchingenzyme (starch α-1,6-Glucosidase) at low PH, can hydrolyze the α-1,6-glucosidiclinkages and effectively act on branched chain starch and work with Glucoamylase. Thus, it can quicken reaction speed andimprove the content of glucoamylase.

Definition of glucomaylaseunit :The amount of enzyme needed to hydrolyze 1mg of starch in one hour at PH4.6, 40 ℃.
Definition of pullulanaseunit : The amount of enzyme needed to liberate 1mg of reducing sugar(Calculatedas glucose) from pullulan in one minute at PH4.5, 60 ℃.

ApplicationGuide
1. In the glucose industry: First liquefythe raw material, adjustits PH to 4.2-4.5 and reduce its temperature to 60℃, and then add compound glucoamylase in the rate of600-800ml/metric ton dry starch. Saccharification time is 40-60 hours.
2. In the monosodium glutamate and beer industries, use compound glucoamylase according to the specificconditions.

Liquid type compound glucoamylase is packed in plastic drum, 25kg/drum.
