Working process
On the grinding roller ofthe high strength Raymond mill, there is a spring offeringa high pressure of 1000-1500kg/cm2.When the Raymond grinding mill starts operation, the grinding roller startsrotating around the main shaft. Due to the force generated by the spring andthe centrifugal force, the grinding roller rolls along with the grinding ringtightly and a pressure force is generated. The generated pressure is 1.2 times higher than that generated by atraditional Raymond grinding mill, so the production capacity of thehigh strength Raymond mill is much higher than traditional ones.
After materials are fed into the grinding chamber, the scraperknife will push them to the space between the grinding roller and grindingring, and thus, the materials are to be ground. Powdered materials will beblown into the analyzer by the fan. Qualified powders will be collected by thecyclonic collector, and unqualified ones will be recycled for further grindinguntil they are up to standard.

Note
After a period time of operation, there is abrasion for both grinding wheel andgrinding ring. Hence, it is necessary to adjust thelength of the spring, so as to ensure the proper pressure force between thegrinding parts. This is essential in keeping the steady production capacity ofour high strength Raymond mill.

Application
